Oil retreats on correction pressure

Crude prices retreated from four- month highs on Monday as correction pressure rose following recent gains. Light, sweet crude for March delivery lost 1.60 dollars, or 1. 64 percent to settle at 96.17 dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Brent crude for March delivery also slipped and last traded around 115 dollars a barrel.
