Kuwait crude oil up 17%, settles at $100.57 pb Tuesday

Kuwait crude oil rose 17 cents during Tuesday's transactions to settle at USD 100.57 per barrel, Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) said Wednesday.The global price of oil slightly rose up due to speculation amongst investors regarding reports on the amount of oil reserves in the US.Meanwhile, Oil crude contracts yesterday's trades came to USD 97.19 per barrel at New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX).
