
His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa has received a cable of congratulations from the President of the Bahrain Bar Society (BBS), Huda Rashid Al Mahza on the Development Work Shied granted to him by the Arab League.
Al Mahza extended, on behalf of BBS, sincere congratulations to HRH the Prime Minister on the Arab honour conferred on him.
BBS chief voiced pride in the well-deserved honoured bestowed upon the Prime Minister, stressing that the shield affirms the landmark achievements attained by Bahrain in the field of human development.
She asserted that the successive honouring of HRH Premier is the result of his rich record of milestone achievements at all levels, which have placed the kingdom at the forefront of countries which achieved welfare for their peoples, noting that as Prime Minister, HRH Prince Khalifa has been keen on fulfilling the aspirations of the Bahraini citizens which gained the kingdom top ranks in the international human development indicators.
The award was given by the Arab League to HRH the Premier as part of local, regional and international recognition of his efforts to achieve the nation's development, economic growth and prosperity, citing the 2006 Scroll of Honour Award in Urban Development and Housing granted to him by UN-Habitat, the Millennium Development Goals Award, in addition to many other awards and medals.
She prayed to Allah the Almighty to bless HRH the Prime Minister with abundant health, and guide him on the right path.
