Egypt's central bank holds exceptional $ 200m auction

The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) said it will sell 200 million dollars in an exceptional auction on Monday at a rate of 8.85 Egyptian pounds to the dollar, banking sources told MENA.
The CBE offers three tenders to sell dollars to banks weekly, on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday of each week, in which the dollar price is determined by the CBE and thus in banks and exchange companies.
