Central Bank of Egypt to continue supporting tourism for another year

The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) decided on Sunday to extend the initiative of supporting tourism sector for another year to end in June 2016.
The decision was taken due to the great importance of the tourism sector as a main pillar of national economy and a vital foreign cash source, the bank said in a statement.
The initiative, launched in December 2014, offers many financial facilities to companies operating in tourism sector.
