Russia to export ballot monitoring system to France, US

Central Election Commission chair Vladimir Churov says Russia is ready to offer its webcam poll station monitoring system to France and the United States. Churov also reported his satisfaction over the perceivably high voter turnout in the Chukota and Magadan regions. Russia is holding its Presidential election on March 4. France and the United States will hold presidential votes later this year, in April and November respectively.
