Israel conducts test explosions

The Israeli Combat Engineering Corps will conduct some test explosions on Thursday to the west of the border marker (0) near the southern city of Aqaba, an official source at the General Command of the Armed Forces stated here on Wednesday . The source added that the procedure, which is scheduled to start at 11:00 am and end at 3:00 pm, aims at finding out the impact of the bombings on nearby places. “Jordan asked Israel to use the agreed-upon quantities of explosives when conducting the explosions to preserve the safety of residents in the surrounding areas,” the source added
