Barclays launches mobile, tablet banking app

Barclays announced the launch of its mobile and tablet banking service, providing its UAE customers with a simple and secure method to access their bank accounts from their mobile phone or tablet device using a specially developed application. The ‘app’, which is available from both the Google Play store for Android devices and Apple iStore, is optimised and customised for smart phones and tablet devices such as iPhone, iPad, and all devices using the android operating system Venky Srikantan, Head of Retail Banking said, “The new launch signifies our drive to ease our customers’ banking experience.”
