A woman who was dragged for 3 miles after being struck by a pickup truck in Foxborough, Mass., has died, a district attorney confirmed. Kanchanben Patel, 58, and her husband were struck Monday evening near a hotel where they worked. Police stopped the truck 3 miles away and found her underneath, WCVB-TV, Boston, reported Tuesday. District Attorney Michael Morrissey confirmed her death. Patel's husband suffered minor injuries, investigators said. The driver of the truck, Moses Acloque, 22, of Norwood was to be charged with leaving the scene of an accident causing death, WCVB-TV said.
