Minister of Social Affairs and Labor and Minister of State for Development and Planning Affairs Hind Al-Sabeeh issued a decision on Thursday, dissolving Kuwaitآ’s Physical Therapy Association (KPTA).
According to the ministerial resolution, an interim board is to be formed, and that it should elect a chairman, a secretary and a treasurer from among the five assigned members during the first meeting, to be held in three days.
The dissolved board is to hand over all files and documents to the new council in a week starting date of issuing the decision. Moreover, the board should declare nomination for new elections within two months as off date of issuing the resolution.
