The Sudanese government welcomes the establishment of a regional office of the Arab Women Investors Union in Khartoum.

The union had expressed interest to open a regional office in Khartoum, which was highly welcomed by the government, Sudanese Foreign Ministry spokesman Ali al Sadeq said.

During a meeting with Sudanese Foreign Ministry undersecretary Obeid Allah Mohamed, union chairwoman Hoda Yassin reviewed the union’s efforts in promoting Arab and African investments and expressed willingness to open an office in the Sudanese capital, he said.
