Egypt's cabinet amends bill regulating universities

Egypt's cabinet under Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab in a draft bill amending some provisions of Law No. 49 of 1972 concerning the organization of universities.
The amendments include sacking a faculty member who incites violence or rioting at the universities.
