Court receives appeals from 27 students convicted over storming Azhar University

A Cairo court of cassation received on Saturday appeals from 27 Muslim Brotherhood students who were sentenced for storming al Azhar University's campus in Cairo.
Earlier, a criminal court sentenced the 27 to 1-7 years in jail.
Sentences, given to two students, were suspended.
Also, they were fined EGP 750,000 for damage they caused in riots.
