Suez - MENA

President of Suez University Maher Mesbah and Chairman of the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology (ASRT) Mahmoud Saqr inked a cooperation protocol to establish an ASRT regional center in the university.

In statements Saturday, Saqr asserted that the ASRT will cooperate to support the regional center in Suez University to be ready for work within months to serve the community.

The ASRT will provide the financial and technical support needed for the project, Saqr said.

Saqr urged the parliament to allocate at least 1% of the national income for scientific research.
