President of Cairo University Jaber Nassar on Wednesday met Egyptian prominent geologist Farouk el-Baz to discuss the role of scientific research in developing the society.
In the meeting, Baz expressed his appreciation for the role played by the University to promote science and culture in the Egyptian society.
He expressed his readiness to cooperate with the University to support its society-related research plans, hailing the university level in the field of international publication and scientific research.
