South Korea, UAE begin joint training of students on energy cooperation

Two South Korean students have been enrolled at the United Arab Emirates' Petroleum Institute, marking the start of a joint training program that seeks to create new business opportunities for the two countries, the South Korean government said Tuesday.
The two students will be the first South Koreans to study at the Petroleum Institute under an agreement signed in May, in which the countries agreed to jointly develop human resources for their energy sectors, according to the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy.
