RAK ruler tours schools on first school day, hails education

Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras al-Khaimah, has said the education is the basis of urbanisation, progress and pride among peoples, stressing that the future of the UAE is inextricably linked to extent of the academic, technical education and practical training development.

He also cited the unlimited support of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, to the education sector, which is witnessing a rapid growth.

The Ruler of RAK made his remarks this morning while touring a number of schools in RAK, as he shared with the students their joy about the beginning of the academic year 2015- 2016. He also wished them success as they work to graduate to serve the nation.
