Egypt's education minister agrees to build cultural school for dropouts

Education Minister Mahmoud Abul-Nasr has agreed to establish a cultural school to rehabilitate school dropouts.
Abul-Nasr, who was attending a final rehearsal for a ceremony to be organized by the Civil Education Center Sunday, vowed to do his best to help dropouts re-enroll in school.
The cultural school will enable those students to complete their studies at the different arts academies after graduation
