Education and Higher Learning Minister Elias Bou Saab on Monday headed to Oslo in an official visit to participate at an educational summit and held a marginal fruitful meeting with UN Special Envoy Gordon Brown over files relevant to teaching a big number of displaced Syrians in Lebanon.
Both also delved into seeking with participators in the summit to attract more contributions in this regard.
