The Health Ministry on Tuesday requested the Education Ministry to call on private schools to include dental services and appoint dentists to work on their premises. Minister of Health Abdul Latif Wreikat said dental services should be provided in schools and kindergartens in accordance with the Public Health Law. Meanwhile, director of the Health Ministry’s School Health Department Khaled Kharabsheh met with Private School Owners Association President Munther Sourani and private school directors and agreed to carry out monthly visits to schools to raise awareness on health issues.
