
The Kuwait Municipality is set to launch online health and ad license renewal services as of Sunday, Minister of Communications and Minister of State for Municipal Affairs Essa Al-Kandari said here on Saturday.
The fresh move came at the behest of the political leadership's directives for creating an online government and translating the Municipality's computerized service strategy into reality, the minister said in a press statement.
The Municipality's service improvement efforts are part of the country's current development drive, he added, noting that the municipality is eager to make use of modern technologies in wiping out obstacles and streamlining services.
Furthermore, the Kuwaiti Municipality is fervently seeking to upgrade the performance of its different sectors and to introduce online municipal services, the minister pointed out.
