Awqaf Ministry creates 3 pages on social media websites

The Awqaf Ministry has created three pages in English, French and German on social media websites.
The pages are meant to correct the false perception of Islam in the West, said Awqaf Minister Mohamed Mokhtar Gomaa on Saturday.
The pages will focus on Islam as a religion of tolerance that renounces violence and extremism, Gomaa added.
According to the minister, those pages will also help build bridges of cooperation and communication with Muslim communities around the world.
