The Administrative Prosecution Authority (APA) declared on Sunday that it would receive citizens' complaints through Facebook and You Tube websites.
This was announced by Spokesman for APA Abdel Nasser Khattab.
Now Egyptian citizen can file his complaint via the homepage of the APA on Facebook and You Tube or through the hotline "16117", Khattab said.
Afterwards, A fully qualified team of the APA would record the complaint by using the latest technologies and then sending it to the APA via internet to be reviewed and referred to the concerned prosecutions to take the necessary legal action.
