Palestine TV faces bomb threats

Palestine TV journalist and presenter Roba Al Naggar has revealed she faced a potential bomb threat on Saturday, according to local media. The Eye On presenter told Arabstoday how a bomb was discovered in a bag inside the home of fellow journalist Nasser Abou Mayala, who helps Al Naggar prepare her Palestine TV show, in Al Bira. Security forces reportedly rushed to the house to dissemble the bomb, adding that a “threatening note” was found next to the device, warning Al Naggar and Abou Mayala not the broadcast an Eye On episode about “soothsayers and jugglers.” “This time the bomb is at your home,” the note said. “But next time it will blow you and Roba up.” Al Naggar has said she will broadcast Sunday’s Palestine TV episode regardless.
