Zaazou meets US media representatives, tour operators

Tourism Minister Hisham Zaazou on Saturday held a series of meetings with a group of US media representatives and tour operators during his current visit to the US.
Zaazou is visiting Florida, Washington and New York.
He met with representatives of Jax Fax Travel, Travel Weekly, Travel Age West, TravelPulse.com, and Questex Hospitality+Travel magazines.
During the meetings, Zaazou spotlighted the reality of the situation in Egypt and the current political and economic stability in the country.
He noted that the tourism industry has started to recover, and that the tourism movement was on its way to achieve figures like those of 2010.
He also met with a number of top tour operators working in the US market, including Grand Circle, International Expedition, African Travel, Abercrombie & Kent USA, Isram, Homeric.
