
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Telecommunications and Information Technology Ahmed Obaid Bin Daghr discussed here on Monday with the South Korean Ambassador to Yemen Lee Young-ho aspects of cooperation between the two countries .
During the meeting, the minster praised the distinct relations linking the two friendly countries that witness great development in various fields, welcoming efforts to boost these relations and investment aspects between Yemen and Korea.
In return, Korean ambassador noted to hold meetings with Korean telecommunication companies to discuss possibility of investing in Yemen in telecom sector, stressing that Korea would continue supporting the ongoing political process in Yemen.
He also handed over an invitation to the minster from Korea's Minister of Science, ICT and Future Planning, Choi Mun-Kee to attend the 2014 Plenipotentiary Conference that will be held in Busan, Republic of Korea from 20 October to 7 November.
