
The Joint Special Representative of the African Union and United Nations Mission in Darfur (UNAMID), Mohamed bin Chambas, is due hold a press conference tomorrow Monday at 11:00 a.m. in the Main Conferences Hall at the United Nations Development Program(UNDP) in Khartoum, Jamia'a Street .
The UNAMID in a press release, a cop of which was received by SUNA, stated that bin Chambas will brief the mass media at the press conference on his recent report sent by the mission to the UN Security Council, which precedes extending mandate of the mission, as well as the current developments pertinent to the mission activities and the peace process in Darfur.
The UNAMID has directed invitation to all mass media and press to attend the press conference.
