Tunis - TAP

“All unlicensed radio and television stations must spontaneously suspend their broadcast before September 28,” the Independent Broadcasting Authority (HAICA) cautioned on Saturday.
The HAICA said in a press release “all radio and television stations that do not obey this measure shall be subject to the provisions of Decree-law 2011-116.”
The process of submitting applications for new radio and television broadcasting licences will be re-opened after the end of the electoral process, it added.
