Sheikh Nasser underscores media role in development

HM the King's Representative for Charity Work and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, President of Bahrain Olympic Committee, Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, today received a delegation from the Bahrain Journalists Association (BJA)led by Chairman Monas Al-Mardi.
Shaikh Nasser stressed the importance of the vital role of press and media in the development process in the prosperous era of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
He praised BJA's huge contributions to ensure a bright future for the future generations, calling for intensifying cooperation with media to raise Bahraini youth's general level.
Shaikh Nasser received an invitation to patronize the honourng ceremony of Arab media figures that will be hosted by Bahrain later this year.
