Saudi to host Asiam media summit 2014

The Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Abdulaziz bin Mohieddin Khoja received the banner of Asian Media Summit 2014 in its 11th session due to be held in Jeddah on May 6-8, 2014. The banner was handed over to the Minister during his meeting here today with the President of General Commission for Audiovisual Information, Dr. Riad bin Kamal Najm. The summit is considered the biggest media event in the Asian continent with the participation of nearly 700 media personnel from around the world every year. It is noteworthy that Dr. Najm headed the Kingdom's delegation to the 10th Asian Media Summit 2013 held in Indonesia.
