
Saudi Arabiaآ’s culture and information minister was relieved of his duties on Wednesday in line with a royal decree, the countryآ’s state-run news agency reported.
The decree, carried by the Saudi Press Agency, said Abdulaziz bin Mohieddin Khoja was relieved of his ministerial duties in accordance with his wishes.
Haj Minister Bandar bin Mohammad bin Hamza Asaad al-Hajjar will take over Khojaآ’s responsibilities, the decree said.
Dr. Khoja had served in the cultural and information posts since 2009.
