SANA employees stress support to army members on their day

A number of employees at the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) marked the 68th anniversary of the foundation of the Syrian army expressing congratulations to army members at a number of checkpoints in Damascus. SANA employees stressed that the Syrian army has always been and will continue to be the guarantor of the homeland's security, stability and dignity. They extended a salute to the army members who are engaged in battles with the terrorists that are backed with regional and Western powers seeking to weaken Syria's independent decision and to undermine its national, regional and international role. The employees expressed support to the army and pride in the great achievements and sacrifices it has made, stressing that the army members are the real defenders of Syria in the face of its enemies. For their part, the army members affirmed their readiness for sacrifice for the sake of defending the homeland against the takfiri terrorists and their backers.
