SABB has been named the winner of Global Finance magazine’s prominent awards for the year 2012. The awards - Best Web Design award in consumer banking, as well as Best Corporate/Institutional Internet Bank - were offered to SABB by a world-class selection panel of expert judges and senior editors. The recognition by the magazine comes after a careful review of the Kingdom’s Internet banking websites and its online offerings. The close and comprehensive look at SABB’s innovative online platforms with all of its diverse features showed a dynamic capacity level coupled with the easiness of use that made those platforms a much-utilized service. Criteria applied in the selection process included strategies for attracting and servicing customers, growth of online usage, diversity of product offerings, language support and functionality of websites. Commenting on winning the awards, Majed Najm, GM of SABB’s retail banking and wealth management, said: “We are delighted to be the winners of these prestigious awards. Our strategic goal is to offer the best client experience, with a focus on offering an optimal e-Banking interaction as well. Our efforts will continue as more people and organizations join us online to better meet our customer expectations.” Arab news
