Ocalan may release a message before March 21

Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Bulent Arinc said that "if the process of solution continued positively, the head of terrorist organization PKK Abdullah Ocalan may release a message before March 21". Speaking on the private TV channel "A Haber", Arinc stressed that he was pleased to see eight Turkish public servants getting freed by PKK. Arinc added that Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan was making efforts to solve the terror problem in Turkey.
