The visiting Kuwaiti Minister of Information and Minister of State for Youth Affairs, Sheikh Salman Sabah Al-Salem Al-Humoud Al-Sabah, held talks on Thursday with Azeri Minister of Information Ali Abbasov on mutual cooperation in the field, in line with relevant agreements signed between the two countries.
Sheikh Salman and Minister Abbasov discussed swapping media expertise and creating the means for citizens of the two countries to have access to information about events and accomplishments in Kuwait and Azerbaijan. The Kuwaiti minister invited his Azeri counterpart to visit Kuwait and the latter urged Sheikh Salman to take part in an international media fair, scheduled in Baku in December.
The minister and his delegation toured a number of sports centers and installations in the Azeri capital -- including a sports medicine establishment.
