
KUNA's Chairman and Director-General Sheikh Mubarak Al-Duaij Al-Ibrahim Al-Sabah received on Thursday the Mexican Charge D'affaires to Kuwait, Eduardo Nino, discussing the media role in cementing ties among nations.
The two sides discussed means of activating cooperation between KUNA and the Mexican state, in light of the mutual keenness on boosting the common cooperation.
The Mexican diplomat, during the meeting, praised the Kuwaiti news agency's tangible role in enhancing cultural interaction among the nations.
For his part, Sheikh Mubarak affirmed the keen desire for enhancing the mutual cooperation with diverse Mexican media, hoping that the mutual cooperation would deepen further in aftermath of the prospected visit to the country by the Mexican President, expected on December 16.
