Journalists files lawsuit set minimum wages figure in Cairo

A journalist at state-owned Al-Gomhuria newspaper filed a lawsuit to set a minimum ceiling for journalists' salaries. Mostafa Abedo lodged the lawsuit with the administrative court to oblige the president, prime minister, planning minister and president of the Supreme Council of the Press to set EGP 5,000 as the minimum rate for journalists' salaries.
