
Director General of Jordan News Agency, Petra, Faisal Al Shboul, on Thursday discussed with Kazakh Ambassador Azmat Berdibay means of boosting media cooperation between the two countries.
During the meeting held at Petra's headquarters, the two sides stressed the importance of promoting relations between Petra and its Kazakh counterpart to strengthen political relations between the two countries.
Al Shboul said that Jordan has become a hub for global media outlets which seek to tackle political developments in the region where tensions and conflicts have taken on global dimensions.
The ambassador expressed his country's readiness to cement ties between the two news agencies to serve the common interest of the two countries.
