
President of Saudi Press Agency (SPA) and the Federation of Arab News Agencies (FANA) Abdullah bin Fahad Al Hussain visited today Bahrain News Agency (BNA) where he was welcomed by its Acting Director General Mohannad Suleiman Al Nuaimi.
The BNA Acting Director General lauded strong fraternal relations between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia and their progress in various fields. He also praised cooperation between BNA and SPA in the field of news exchange.
The SPA President toured BNA departments and listened to a briefing on the news agency's achievements as well as the modern method used in disseminating news and pictures and highlighting Bahrain's progress in the prosperous era of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. He was also informed about BNA's role in disclosing news in Arabic, English, French and German as well as the modernisation of the news agency's departments.
The SPA President commended development of BNA and its outstanding role in news coverage at the local, Gulf and Arab levels. He wished BNA Acting Director General and staff every success.
