
The Executive Office of the Council of Arab InformationMinisters will hold on Tuesday its second meeting at the headquarters of the ArabLeague General Secretariat under the chairmanship of Saudi Minister of Culture andInformation Dr Abdul Aziz bin Mohieddin Khoja.Member states of the office comprise Qatar, Egypt, Kuwait, Jordan, UAE, Bahrain,Saudi Arabia and Morocco.The meeting will discuss, over two days, the draft agenda of the 45th session of theCouncil of Arab information ministers scheduled for next Thursday under JordanianInformation Minister Mohammed Al-Momni .Arab League Assistant Secretary-General and Head of Media and Communications Sector Haifa Abu Ghazala said the Executive Office will discuss over two days thedraft agenda which includes 16 items foremost of which being the follow-up of theimplementation of the Arab summit resolutions in the area of information andfollow-up of the implementation of the new Arab media plan abroad.In a statement she said an item on the agenda will discuss the Palestinian issue andhow to support it in media, in addition to support of a number of Arab countries inthe field of media.
