The Egyptian Syndicate of Journalists has reiterated its condemnation to all forms of terrorism and killing of innocent people.
In a statement on Saturday, the syndicate asserted its full support to the freedom of expression.
However, it voiced rejection of any attempts to undermine Egypt's democracy and destabilize the state's institutions.
As many as 31 soldiers were killed and dozens others were injured in terrorist attacks in Sinai Peninsula on Friday.
