Egyptian ministry to confront inaccurate reporting

Egypt's Minister of Information Doria Sharaf al-Din held a meeting with Chairperson of the General Authority for Information, Mohamed Badr el-Din on Wednesday. The minister urged the el-Din to deal with the spread of inaccurate information about Egypt in the foreign media, especially in relation to the recent ouster of Islamist president Mohammed Morsi. The ministry pledged to provide the authority with new material to portray a more accurate image of the June 30 revolution.
