
Minister of State for Electricity and Water Affairs Dr. Abdul Hussain bin Ali Mirza has received the Director of the media agency, London Media and Public Relations, Mrs. Janet Langley, currently on a visit to the country to prepare a promotional economic report about the Kingdom of Bahrain. The report, based on her meetings with a number of ministers and senior officials, will be published in the London Stock Exchange. They discussed themes related to the electricity, water, renewable energy and potential investments in them. Dr. Mirza gave a detailed explanation on the electricity and water services provided by the government for the citizens and residents, as well the investment opportunities available for private sector companies in order to contribute to future projects. He lauded the efforts of the Media and Public Relations to project a honourable image of the kingdom of Bahrain in international media outlets, affirming the Electricity and Water Authority (EWA)’s desire to cooperate with it in this regard. Mrs. Langley expressed sincere thanks and appreciation to Dr. Mirza and EWA’s officials for the hospitality and warm welcome accorded to her and readiness to cooperate with her agency
