
Chairman of Bahrain Journalists Association (BJA ), Monas Mahmoud Al-Mardi, has met Director of the United Nations Information Centre for the Arabian Gulf countries, Nejib Friji, to discuss promoting and activating bilateral partnership relations in the interest of the solid Bahrain-UN relations.
The parties stressed disseminating the message of peace and security, two essential pillars of the UN multilateral system.
They praised Bahrain's leadership's interest in celebrating a number of global events to raise the level of global citizenship, such as Global Day, United Nations Day, World Peace Day, World Press Freedom Day, Human Rights Day, International Women's Day and many more.
