Bahraini security media director chairs GCC committee meeting

Interior Ministry Security Media Director Colonel Mohammed bin Dinah today chaired the fifth meeting of the GCC security media committee in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Addressing the session, he stressed the importance of the security media as cornerstone of security agencies working towards protecting security and stability. He pointed out the need for security media to update the public on true facts in realistic and balanced approach to counter the campaigns of falsification and defamation. He stressed the efforts of the interior ministries in the GCC member states to promote security media to confront challenges resulting from current regional and international realities. He also underscored the importance of stepping up cooperation and coordination between GCC security media agencies as part of comprehensive security cooperation.
