
The Ministry of Interior (MOI)'s Undersecretary for Nationality, Passport and Residence Affairs (NPRA), Shaikh Rashid bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, has launched the e-system with 174 hotels and hotel apartments in Bahrain and linking it with the e-border system which is considered an advanced regional and international system for facilitating operation processing of hotels and hotel apartments.
He said that the launching was part of the support of HE Interior Minister Lt-General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa to facilitate services provided to Bahrain’s visitors. He asserted ongoing development of services through cooperation with concerned organizations.
The Undersecretary added that work continues to link all hotels in Bahrain with the system, while expressing gratitude and appreciation to the Culture Ministry, Ministry of Industry and Commerce and Bahrain Hotels Society for their cooperation in enhancing public services, tourism and national economy.
