
Minister of State for Information Affairs, Government's Official Spokesperson Sameera Ebrahim bin Rajab has received Kuwait-based satellite Gulfsat Chairman Mohammed Al-Haj and senior manager Sabah Al-Sultan. The meeting was attended by Information Affairs Authority (IAA) President Ali Mohammed Al-Romaihi.
The minister welcomed the Kuwaiti officials, commending the efforts of Gulfsat to develop work in the telecommunications sector.
The two sides discussed prospects of cooperation between the Kingdom of Bahrain and Gulfsat in all fields, in addition to exchanging telecommunications expertise and programmes. Mohammed Al-Haj and Sabah Al-Sultan thanked the minister for the warm welcome and hospitality, commending Bahrain's landmark strides in all fields.
