
Minister of State for Information Affairs and Government's Official Spokesperson Sameera Ebrahim bin Rajab today met, at the Federal Palace in Bern, Swiss Foreign Ministry Assistant State Secretary and director of the Middle East and North Africa Division Wolfgang Amadeus Bruelhart.
The State Information Minister affirmed strong relations bonding Bahrain and Switzerland, stressing the prospects of expanding joint cooperation in all fields and ways of bolstering bilateral ties.
She outlined the political developments in Bahrain, stressing ongoing efforts to reach a consensus which satisfies all parties and serves the national interests. She also highlighted key aspects which are given great importance in Bahrain, stressing landmark strides and achievements which put the Kingdom on par with countries which are moving steadily on the path of reform and democracy.
The Swiss Foreign Ministry Assistant State Secretary stressed good relations bonding the two friendly countries, affirming keenness on further bolstering political, economic, scientific and information ties.
