Bahraini Deputy PM Khalid bin Abdulla receives BIPD officials

Deputy Premier Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al-Khalifa today received at Gudaibiya Palace His Majesty's Advisor for Media Affairs, Bahrain Institute for Political Development (BIPD) Board of Trustees' Chairman Nabeel bin Yacoub Al-Hamer. The meeting was attended by the BIPD board of trustees' members and executive director.
The BIPD thanked the Deputy Premier for patronizing the GCC Political Media Forum, which was recently held by the think-tank under the theme: "Media and the Culture of Difference".
The Deputy Premier highlighted the fast regional developments, stressing the importance of fostering political awareness for all people to realize and exercise their rights and duties without encroaching on others' liberties.
He underscored the importance of the think tank in instilling the culture of democracy among citizens, developing their political awareness and fostering the culture of dialogue and difference.
