
The Prize of Mobilis for Algerian press was awarded Tuesday in Algiers to 5 journalists for their works, especially in reporting, investigative journalism, newspaper illustration and the best radio and television works.
The prize of the mobile operator Mobilis for Algerian press is in its second edition was awarded at a convivial evening, attended by minister of Post and Information and Information Technologies, Zohra Derdouri and Minister of Communication, Hamid Grine.
The prize of best report was given to Rouhia Toufari, journalist at daily "El Djoumhouria" for her report on "the chariot of Strasbourg waits for its museum", while the prize for best investigation was awarded to Hadji Ahmed, working at "Mémoria" review for his article "declared dead, he returns to independence". Meanwhile, the prize for newspaper illustration was given to Faisal Nechoud, photographer at the daily "El Bilad."
The title of the best radio work was awarded, meanwhile, to Mokrane Berachid from National Radio (Channel) II, for his report on the events of October 17, 1961 while the prize for the best television work was awarded to Tahar Helis from the Algerian television on "the rebel militant Souidani Boudjemaa."
Moreover, the journalist Redouane Hariati from National Radio (channel I) received the Award of Merit for his program "Debate of memory."
Former figures in Algerian media were also honored by Mobilis, like Noureddine Naït Mazi, former director of the newspaper "El Moudjahid", Fattani Ahmed, former journalist of "El Moudjahid" and currently director of the newspaper "L'Expression "and the former journalist of the National radio I, Khadija Brahimi.
